Ankita Shaw
Ankita Shaw
is a legal professional currently associated with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, where she has gained exposure to regulatory frameworks and policy-oriented advisory work. Prior to this, she worked as an Associate Solution Advisor at Deloitte USI. She completed her undergraduate legal education from the School of Law, KIIT University in 2021 and subsequently Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad in 2022). She is primarily oriented towards doctrinal, analytical, and policy-based legal research, with a sustained commitment to contributing to contemporary legal scholarship. She has authored several research articles, papers, and book chapters published in reputed peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes. Her research interests include Constitutional Law, Governance and Public Policy, Education, Artificial Intelligence, and Environmental Law.
