Anirban Ray

Anirban Ray is an Assistant Professor of English in the Department of English at the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in professional writing. He writes and presents on issues of globalization, digital technology, design thinking, applied learning, and project management. Anirban has presented at numerous conferences, including Association of Teachers of Technical Writing, IEEE International on Professional Communication Conference, and Society for History of Technology. His most recent co-authored publication for the American Journal of Entrepreneurship focuses on fostering an academic environment to train students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Anirban is currently writing a book titled Culture and International Usability Evaluation: Emerging Research and Opportunities, under publishing contract with the IGI Global for the “Advances in Human and Social Aspects of Technology (AHSAT)” book series.
