Andrey Vladimirovich Eliseev
Andrey V. Eliseev
, Cand. Sc. (Eng.), is Associate Professor at two institutions: Dept. of Mathematics, Irkutsk State Transport University, and Dept. of Engineering & Standardization, Irkutsk National Research Technical University. He holds an MSc in Mechanics & Mathematics from Novosibirsk State University and additional qualifications in economic theory. He defended his PhD (2015) at Southwestern State University (Kursk) on vibrational dynamics in technological systems with unilateral constraints. From 2011-2021, he worked under Prof. Sergey V. Eliseev, a leading expert in vibration protection. Eliseev's primary research focus is developing structural mathematical models for intensely loaded technical systems, uniquely applying automatic control theory to mechanical oscillatory dynamics. He is a prolific co-author of over 300 scientific papers, 30+ inventions, and co-authored monographs on vibration isolation and dynamic condition assessment for machinery.
