Dr.
Anderson Ngelambong
is an enthusiastic academician with over 18 years of teaching experience. He is working as a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. His research interests include educational innovation, digital transformation, human-technology interaction, and the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals related to hospitality and tourism. He is passionate about international research collaborations toward scholarly, practical, and social advancement, particularly in hospitality, travel, and tourism.
