Ana Rita Conde

Ana Rita Conde has a PhD in Forensic Psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Minho. Since 2014 she has been an assistant professor at Lusófona University. She has several publications in the areas of clinical psychology, and in forensic psychology, highlighting research with particularly vulnerable populations or those at risk of social exclusion. Since 2020, she has worked on combining the field of psychology with the field of tourism, particularly within the scope of inclusive tourism. She was a researcher at the Tourism & Autism Project working on the development and evaluation of inclusive tourism products aimed at families with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Her current research interests are exploring the psychological processes that may underlie the consumption of tourism products. Furthermore, she is an integrated researcher at the Digital Human-Environment Interaction Lab (HEI-Lab).
