Amit Kumar Kashyap
is an accomplished legal scholar and educator based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Currently serving as Asst. Prof of Law, Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He has experience working in prestigious institutes like Gujarat National Law University, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, Adani University Ahmedabad & companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai. He has authored more than 7 books including Financial Market Regulations in South Asia and Artificial Intelligence: Law and Policy Implications and has contributed more than 20 research papers in various national and international journals. With an extensive academic background, including a Ph.D. in Structured Finance law from Manipal University Jaipur, an MBA–LL.M with specializations in Finance and Business Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur, CS Executive from ICSI, New Delhi, Certified in International Economic Law from the University of Barcelona, Spain, Dr. Amit brings a wealth of knowledge to his roles. He is also a consultant to various firms like Cyberra Legal Services Ahmedabad, IIFS Pvt. Ltd. Ahmadabad & EEIG-Global.
