Amit Kundu
is Assistant Professor & HOD Department of Chemistry Sripat Singh College, Jiaganj, Murshidabad. Dr. Amit Kumar Kundu is an Assistant professor and HOD at the Department of Chemistry, Sripat Singh College, Jiaganj, Murshidabad. Dr. Kundu did B.Sc. from Krishnagar Government College, University of Kalyani in 2007 and completed MSc. Degree from Department of Chemistry, University of Kalyani in 2009. After that he received his PhD in Analytical Chemistry in 2017 from University of Kalyani. His research mainly focuses on Environmental Analytical Chemistry, carbon nano materials, Graphene, Graphene Oxide-basednano composites Synthesis, Characterization and its application. He has huge experience in Groundwater and surface water onsite sampling, sediment sampling from vadose zone and aquifer. He is also proficient in operating and managing various advanced analytical instruments. To date, he has published near about eighteen peer-reviewed journal papers and he is the author of five book chapters. He received World Environment and Livelihood Award form ‘International Foundation for Environment and Ecology’.
