Amandeep Kaur
is a dynamic interdisciplinary researcher and academician with a strong background in Management, Engineering, and Human Resource Analytics. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and is nearing the completion of her Ph.D. in Management from Lovely Professional University, with her pre-submission already completed. Her academic journey is enriched with degrees in Electronics & Communication Engineering and practical training in automation, SCADA systems, and telecommunications. She has contributed significantly to emerging research domains including People Analytics, Smart Cities, AI-driven Human Resource Systems, and Sustainable Business Practices, with multiple book chapters published and indexed in Scopus through IGI Global. Dr. Kaur has also served as an editor for academic books, holds three registered copyrights, and has presented impactful research on AI integration, neurodesign, and digital well-being. Her scholarly work reflects a commitment to blending technology, cognitive science, and ethical innovation for sustainable and intelligent system development. With hands-on industry experience in customer relationship operations and corporate sales, along with her research expertise, Dr. Kaur brings a unique practitioner-researcher perspective to her academic projects. Her passion lies in exploring how neuroscience, AI, and immersive design can shape the future of cognitive wellness and smart decision-making in both academic and industrial ecosystems.
