, Ph.D., MBA, CMP-UNGGA, is an esteemed scholar, educator, and executive leader whose career spans over a decade of exceptional contributions to higher education, project management, organizational strategy, and leadership development. As a distinguished graduate professor and doctoral committee chair at multiple institutions, including Marymount University and Washington University of Science & Technology, she has guided countless doctoral candidates and shaped innovative curricula across disciplines such as technology, business, leadership, and project management. Dr. Sabie-Aridi’s prolific scholarly output includes over 80 peer-reviewed publications covering diverse fields such as organizational behavior, artificial intelligence strategy, healthcare management, strategic leadership, diversity and inclusion, and cybersecurity. She is renowned for integrating research excellence with practical expertise drawn from her tenure as a senior project manager and executive operations leader, notably in high-stakes environments like NASA Engineering Inc.
