Alka Oraon

Alka Oraon is an alumnus of IHM Mumbai .She has having more than 24 years of vast and riched experience in academics. Currently working as HOD and as an Assistant Professor in department of Hotel Management at RKDF university Ranchi. She has completed Masters in Tourism from IGNOU and P.G Diploma in Hotel Management & Tourism from Periyar University. Certified trainer from American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute for providing training to aspiring professional. She is nominated for the Jury member and Judge for different chef competitions organized by the government of Jharkhand and different media. She was also appointed as an external examiner for different colleges and paper setter for state board of Jharkhand. She is expertise in Jharkhandi cuisine and doing research on the extinct food of Jharkhand. She has published text book on Food Production.
