Alimin Alwi

Alimin Alwi , S.Sos., M.Pd, is a distinguished academic in the field of Sociology, currently serving as a lecturer at Universitas Negeri Makassar. Born on July 14, 1989, in Balobuea, Indonesia, he has pursued an extensive educational journey culminating in a Ph.D. in Sociology, which he obtained in 2022. His academic credentials are bolstered by a solid foundation in Sociology from Universitas Dayanu Ikhsanuddin Baubau and a Master's degree in Educational Sociology from Universitas Halu Oleo. Dr. Alwi's professional experience is diverse, encompassing roles in education, journalism, and community service. He has held significant positions, including as an administrative staff member at Universitas Halu Oleo and as a non-permanent lecturer. His involvement in various research projects and community engagement initiatives underscores his commitment to social development, particularly in environmental and educational contexts. His scholarly contributions include several publications in national and international journals, alongside a book focused on multicultural social integration from a constructivist perspective.
