Alieu Stephen Kafoe
is a doctoral research student at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, USA. He is also the co-owner and chief operating officer of Pivotal Initiatives, LLC, a company he co-founded in Minnesota, USA. In this role, he serves as the EOS integrator and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within the company's operations and ensuring efficient and effective management. He is a business consultant providing expertise in quality and process control, supply chain operations, and logistics. Mr. Kafoe's expertise in business intelligence, supply chain management, and competitive strategy is not merely theoretical. He has made significant academic contributions through various publications, including book chapters titled "Supply Chain Resilience Strategy for Healthcare Organizations: Crucial Steps in Addressing the Impact of Natural Disasters" and "Conquering the Competitive Landscape: A Fusion of Defensive and Offensive Strategies for Sustainable Growth, "published by IGI Global; as well as peer-reviewed journal articles: “Holistic Competitive Strategy: Embracing a Holistic Approach to Establishing a Competitive Edge” and “ Enhancing Organizational Agility in Traditional Corporations: A Strategic Intervention Model based on Galbraith’s Star Model and Consumer Psychology Insights,” published by Land Forces Academy Journal. With over 22 years of experience in the food, beverage, and process automation industries, Mr. Kafoe has held significant leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Brewing Operations, and Sales Director. His expertise spans quality assurance, project management, product innovation, and supply chain operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to succeed in diverse roles.
