Alessandro Barca
, RESEARCHER (SSD M-Ped/03- Didactics and Special Pedagogy) at the Pegaso Telematic University (Italy), where he has been teaching General Didactics II at the Degree Course in Pedagogical Sciences since the current A.A. Ph.D. in “Design and Evaluation of Educational Processes” at the University of Bari. Research interests include: research centers for excellence in university teaching; a focus on disciplinary didactics; new ways of learning reading and writing through new technologies; gaming and video gaming for learning; multimodal narratives (cross-media and transnational) and their impact on learning; and finally, the role of the inclusive teacher and strategies for acquiring life skills. Special attention is paid to the use of artificial intelligence in school settings especially for pupils with BES.
