Akriti Gupta
is currently working as Assistant Professor at IIBS (airport campus) and Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad. I have completed my graduation (btech) with gold medal and master’s (MBA) with silver medal from reputed colleges. My research work is dedicated in automating human resource processes with the help of artificial intelligence to which she has two copyrights registered namely employee catchers and mappers. Her research areas include Organizational Behavior, Work Culture, Sustainable Human Resource Management practices, Strategic Human Resource Management practices, Job Satisfaction, the VUCA model and people analytics with vast knowledge of different softwares (IBM SPSS, AMOS, MS Excel) and languages (C, C++, Java, Python).
