Ajay Chauhan
is a hospitality professional and academic with seven years of combined industry and teaching experience. He has worked two years in the hospitality industry and contributed five years to higher education, where he has mentored students with both practical insights and academic knowledge. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Culinary Expert at the School of Hospitality & Tourism, Bahra University, while also pursuing as Research Scholar for Ph.D. in Hotel Management at Bahra University, Waknaghat., focusing on research and innovation in hospitality and tourism studies.
