Aisha Khan
Aisha Khan
is an Assistant Professor at International American University, RAK, UAE. She holds a PhD in Sustainable HRM and has over five years of experience in teaching, research, and academic mentoring. Alongside her academic role, she has been working as an HR Consultant since 2019, supporting organizations in developing sustainable and strategic HR practices. Her research interests include sustainable HRM, strategic HRM, green leadership, emotional intelligence, and corporate governance. Dr. Khan has published in leading Scopus-, ABDC-, and ABS-indexed journals and actively presents her work at international conferences. She also contributes to the academic community as a session chair, moderator, and speaker at global conferences and webinars. Dr. Khan is committed to advancing sustainability and responsible management practices through research, teaching, and industry collaboration, aiming to create meaningful impact in both academia and professional practice.
