Ahmed M. Alkaabi
Ahmed Alkaabi
is an associate professor in the Learning and Educational Leadership Department––College of Education at United Arab Emirates University. He is currently serving as the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. Previously, Dr. Alkaabi held key roles, including Director of the Emirates Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment at UAEU and Coordinator of the Master of Educational Innovation Program. His educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Policy with an emphasis on supervision from the University of Georgia–Athens, USA (2019).He was the recipient of two distinguished academic awards: the Ray Bruce Award in 2017 for his dedicated work and projects in the field of instructional supervision, and the Faculty Award in 2019 for his accomplishments in the doctoral program at the University of Georgia. Dr. Alkaabi is certified in Interdisciplinary Qualitative Studies and as a school inspector. His research interests fall within the spectrum of school leadership, specifically in the areas of instructional supervision, supervisoy leadership, leader and teacher evaluation, professional development, and school inspection.
