Ahmed M. Alkaab
Dr.
Ahmed Alkaabi
is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Policy with an emphasis on supervision from the University of Georgia, Athens, USA (2019). Dr. Alkaabi’s research interests focus on school leadership, particularly in instructional supervision, leader and teacher evaluation, induction, professional development, and school inspection. His research has been published in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus. Additionally, he has edited two books on educational leadership and co-authored numerous book chapters. Dr. Alkaabi has also presented extensively at prestigious international conferences. Beyond his academic contributions, Dr. Alkaabi serves as a reviewer for several high-quality journals and acts as a referee for local organizations. He also actively contributes to the community as a school inspector, evaluating schools in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
