Ahmed Benjelloun
Ahmed Benjelloun
is an associate professor at the National School of Business and Management at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, where he has been teaching since 2019. He earned his PhD in Economics and Management, specializing in marketing, digital marketing, and project management. He is actively involved in research within the LAREMEF laboratory and the ALESCO Chair and coordinates several academic and scientific events. In addition to his academic role, he serves as an expert consultant and mentor at hackathons and professional events. The author of the book “Fès, Destination de Tourisme Culturel” has also contributed to several events linked to marketing and cultural tourism. He has published numerous contributions in indexed books, academic journals, and conferences. His role as editor for a forthcoming book on artificial intelligence innovations to optimize customer experience in the service sector reflects his commitment to enriching the scientific community. His primary research areas include customer experience optimization, the application of emerging technologies in marketing, territorial branding, and the promotion of eco-responsible tourism behavior.
