Adrian Rolle
Adrian Rolle
is the Dean of the School of Nursing at Southern University at New Orleans and has over a decade of experience in healthcare and higher education. He earned his BSN from Oakwood University, his MSN from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and his DNP from Samford University. He also completed an Advanced Practice Clinician fellowship at North Mississippi Medical Center. A graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Academy for Diverse Emerging Nurse Leaders, Dr. Rolle is committed to inclusive leadership, student success, and equity in nursing education. His research interests include Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) among African-American college students, lifestyle medicine interventions for cardiovascular disease, and the impact of religious trauma on well-being. He has been recognized for his leadership in fostering resilience and advancing health equity through strategic collaboration and evidence-based practice.
