Abdullah Gubbi
Abdullah Gubbi
is an academician and researcher with over 30 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is currently the Head of the Department of ECE at Bearys Institute of Technology, Mangalore. His research interests include VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Machine Learning, and Pattern Recognition, with applications in EEG-based stress detection, IoT, and intelligent computing. He has guided numerous student projects, mentored IEEE Student Branch activities, and promoted innovation through Beaspaire Student Association. With strong contributions in publications, industry collaborations, and faculty development, he continues to foster academic excellence and research growth.
