is a PhD candidate in management sciences at the Laboratory of Applied Economics and Finance, University Hassan II of Casablanca. He teaches accounting, taxation, and auditing at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences, Ain Chock, Hassan II University, Casablanca, Morocco. His research focuses on accounting, taxation, auditing, and corporate finance.
