Abdelrhman A. Gami
is an AI Engineer with three years of experience at a leading French automotive supplier, I specialize in deploying real-time deep learning models. My work focuses on creating innovative in-cabin solutions, blending computer vision with generative AI to enhance vehicle safety and user experience. I have successfully led computer vision features from concept to production, including a seat occupancy detection (SOD) system for a publicly funded project with leading OEMs. My experience spans the full project lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment using Libtorch. Furthermore, I have engineered systems for 3D hand pose estimation and integrated advanced models, including LLMs, VLMs, and real-time speech-to-speech technologies, to build interactive conversational agents for ADAS demonstrations. Proficient in MLOps, I use ClearML for experiment tracking and Docker for training on GPU clusters. My commitment to innovation is evidenced by my contributions as an inventor on multiple patent applications for driver monitoring and safety. I am passionate about solving real-world problems with cutting-edge AI.
