Aakash Gupta
Dr.
Aakash Gupta
is currently an Associate Professor of Law at Amity University Gwalior, India. He has obtained the degree of LL.M. from M.L.B. Government College of excellence Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has obtained his PhD degree in Law from Jiwaji University and cleared UGC NET exmination in 2012. Prior to Amity University, he was working as an Assistant Professor of Law Prestige Institute of Management & Research Gwalior from 2018 to 2023 and in Madhav Law College Gwalior from 2014 to 2018. He has also worked as Guest Lecturer in SOS in Law, Jiwaji University till 2014. He has more than 13 years of experience in Academic and Litigation. His area of Interest in Constitutional Law and Criminal Law. He has 12 International / National Publications to his credit. He has attended various seminar, webinars and workshops and delivered special lectures in EML on numerous occasion. He has published 1 book and presented chapters in 5 books. He has also developed a unique pedagogy to teach law subjects in a poetic form.
