Dr.
A. K. Subramani
holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, India, and has over 18 years of teaching experience. He has published 80 research articles in international journals, including two in the ABDC-A category, ten in ABDC-B, two in ABDC-C, 38 in Scopus-indexed journals, and ten in Web of Science-indexed journals. He has also presented papers at various national and international conferences. He has completed more than 35 courses through the Swayam online platform in human resource management, business analytics, and intellectual property rights. He has earned several NPTEL Star recognitions, including Evangelist, Motivated Learner, Enthusiast, and Discipline Star. He serves as a peer reviewer for reputable journals published by Inderscience and Emerald. His research interests include human resource management and organisational behaviour. He has been honoured with the Teaching and Research Excellence Award and the Distinguished Teacher Award – Management.
