A. Ayyoob
Ayyoob A
is a Senior Research Scholar in Commerce at the Department of Commerce and Management Studies (DCMS), School of Business Studies, University of Calicut, India. His research interests encompass Corporate Governance, Corporate Sustainability, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He has published numerous research documents in Scopus- and Web of Science–indexed journals and serves as a reviewer for reputed Scopus-indexed journals and edited books. Mr. Ayyoob has presented his research at international conferences abroad and at premier Indian institutions, including IIMs, IITs, IPE, ISOL, and GRFCG. He has facilitated over 40 academic and research workshops, mentors emerging researchers, has served as a judge for management fests, and has chaired academic conferences. His scholarly contributions have been recognized with multiple Best Paper Awards. In addition to academia, he actively engages in consultancy, invited lectures, and sustainability-driven initiatives.
