He is a management advisor and lecturer with professional experience across government, semi-governmental and private institutions. Dr. Rassel is active in the field of quality, innovation, and business excellence, and serves as a mentor, team leader, examiner, and judge for awards in several countries. He published in the recent years a number of management books, academic research, and articles.
