Dr. Priya Makhija
is currently working as Associate Professor at the Center for Management Studies, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), has completed her M.Com, M.B.A, M.Phil, Ph.D., PGDHRM, and Executive Financial Data Analytics & has close to 16 years of academic work experience in the areas of Teaching, Research, Team building, Academic administration, faculty development & research enhancement. A keen researcher, her interest areas are Occupational Role Stress, Women's growth as Investors, Women's leadership in Higher Education, Enhancing the quality of higher education, and Employee Retention. She is responsible for teaching Quantitative Techniques I & II, Business Finance, Cost & Management Analysis at the undergraduate level & postgraduate levels. She is writing a book for M.Com Level at Bangalore university and has published over 28 research papers in journals and presented her research work at various national and international conferences. She is being awarded as Prof. Indira Parikh 50 Women in Education Leaders at the World Education Congress. She is being awarded as Distinguish Teacher award by MTC Education Global.
