Felipe Martinez
Felipe Martinez has a career which covers process excellence, specifically two main areas: Lean Management and Organisational Design. His offer as a consultant includes both topics and other process excellence issues related such as Industries 4.0. The research in Lean Management explores the creation of a leanness measurement system and it investigates the application of Lean SixSigma methodologies in non-traditional institutions and fields such as Lean Health Care, Lean Higher Education and Lean HR. He teaches Lean Management in Prague and Porto and Operations Management in Prague. The research in Organisational Design focuses on the Procedures to set up the organisational structure. His PhD presents more than 10 years of work in this topic. He teaches the course of Organisational Design in Prague and Riga. He also teaches Harvard Case Studies Colombia CS and Dutch Flower Cluster CS in the framework of the Microeconomics of Competiveness network. Additionally, He teaches general management in Prague and Bogota. He is Industrial Engineer (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá) and PhD in management (University of Economics, Prague). He has work experience in Colombia, India and the Czech Republic.
