Syahruddin
, M.Kes., AIFO, is a distinguished professor and senior academic at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM), Indonesia, currently serving as Vice-Rector for Planning and Cooperation. His academic expertise lies in Physical Education, Health, and Recreation, with a strong interdisciplinary foundation in sports science and health physiology. Over his career, he has contributed significantly to education, research, and community service, focusing on the development of sport education models, kinesthetic learning, adaptive physical education, and performance optimization strategies for athletes. Prof. Syahruddin is an active lecturer in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs and has supervised numerous theses and dissertations. His scholarly works include multiple research projects, scientific publications in national and international journals, and the authorship of various academic books. Additionally, he has held leadership roles in national sports organizations and served as an assessor for educational accreditation bodies. Prof. Syahruddin continues to champion innovation, quality assurance, and academic excellence in sports education.
