Renu
is currently working as Assistant Professor with Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, India. She holds a Master and Doctorate degree in Management from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and Central University in Punjab, India respectively. She has 9 years of experience in Teaching, Research and Mentoring undergraduate and post graduate students of Management department. Her area of research includes Social Media Analytics, Customer Engagement, Customer Satisfaction and Branding. Currently, she is supervising 4 PhD research scholars in Management. She has been associated with Insurance industry for 3 years as consultant. She has published many research papers in reputed international journals/conferences and hold two Indian patents. She has delivered many guest lectures, special talks, communication skills training and career counselling sessions for universities in India. She has been actively involved in organizing international seminars, conferences, and workshops as a key resource person.
