Kirti
is an Assistant Professor (Full-Time) of Management at Chanakya National Law University, Patna, India. She has experience in teaching and research for a decade. Her specialisations are Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Marketing Management. Her research interests span workforce transformation, sustainable organisational practices, human-centric innovation, and digital transitions in emerging economies. Dr. Kirti has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes, contributing to human resource strategies, employee well-being, and technology-driven change management discourses.
